Lisa Jorgensen:

Lisa Jorgensen grew up with her Dad in medical school and was 12 when he opened NW Iowa ENT in Spencer. Service and commitment to the community of NW Iowa extended beyond the clinical and so many former patients grew to be part of her extended family. It was not surprising that coming back to Spencer and coming to work in the clinic was a perfect fit when starting her own family. She started helping in the office and was going to become a clinic manager but she was more interested in the clinical side and started testing in 2008 and then obtained her dispensing license in 2009. Helping patients find solutions to their individual hearing problems is what inspires her the most about her job. She is very dedicated to continuing education and since Jorgensen Hearing Center became its own entity, she has prided herself in educating all of her staff regularly regarding new technologies and advancements in all hearing health related topics. While not in the clinic she is an avid crafter who is keen to share her joy of knitting, especially knitting on circular sock machines. She is currently on the board of the Circular Sock Knitting Machine Society. She has visited nearly every state in the United States and traveled worldwide. Ask her about her favorites. Her goal is to visit every National Park someday.

Tom:

Tom has been a long-time resident of Northwest Iowa, moving to Spencer in 1976 when he was six years old. He graduated from Spencer High School 100th graduation class in 1987 and went to college in Minneapolis, MN. Tom is married and has three wonderful children. Tom is also the proud grandfather to a 2 year old girl. After intensive studying of hearing aids, and audiological examinations, he started working at Jorgensen Hearing Center in March, 2015. He is currently a state licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser. Prior to that he worked in Marketing, Radio and Newspaper. What he enjoys most is interacting with his patients and seeing them achieve better hearing in both of our main clinics in Spencer and Sioux Center.

Paulo

Paulo and his wife came to Spencer to help Doctor Jorgensen with hearing tests. This gave Paulo a better understanding of the side effects caused by the deafness in his right ear, motivating him to help people with hearing loss. Paulo is searching for ways to self-awareness to understand his own needs as well as those of others. In Brazil, Paulo used to practice volleyball, capoeira, and wrestling. He is now learning to play golf and jiu-jitsu. He also enjoys handcrafts, such as quilting and machine embroidery.

Adam Caviness, HIS:

Adam was born and raised in northwest Iowa. After graduating from Spirit Lake High School, he explored various career fields until he began working in the hearing health care industry. In 2018, Adam became a licensed hearing aid dispenser in the state of Iowa and never looked back. Adam enjoys getting to know the patients on a personal level and keeping up with the latest in hearing care technology. His favorite part of his job is helping people hear better. Adam works in the Sioux Center location.

Denise

Denise is the operations and office manager for Jorgensen Hearing Center’s (JHC) Sioux Center and Spencer Iocations. After completing her business degree at lowa Lakes Community College, she began working at JHC in 2015. She enjoys connecting with JHC’s customers and helping them with their hearing care needs. Denise’s unique ability to relate and connect with JHC’s patients is because she is also a hearing aid user due to a unique hearing loss diagnosis in 2014 referred to as a “cookie bite”. This unique sensorineural hearing loss affects the ability to hear at mid-range frequency. She also suffers from tinnitus, a ringing or buzzing in the ears. Because of her hearing disability, Denise understands hearing loss challenges patients face in their personal and professional lives. That’s why she and her team are passionate about working personally with their patients to provide them with a wide range of solutions to ensure they will never miss out on a conversation with their family and loved ones! Denise has two grown children who are married. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, walking, traveling, and at the beach!

Pam

Pam has lived in Everly for the past 24 years. She has been married for 32 years and has 4 children and 7 grandkids. Pam likes animals and has 2 dogs, a 6 year old Great Dane named Kash and a 5 month old Chihuahua named Willow. She has been with Jorgensen for two years and enjoys welcoming patients, helping them improve their hearing. Before joining Jorgensen Hearing Center she worked Front Desk for two other offices.

Jenny

Jenny Klingenberg was born and raised in Southern Minnesota. She and her husband have 4 grown children and 5 grandchildren that keep her busy outside of work. If she isnt enjoying her quiet time outdoors, you may find her painting or crocheting in her free time. She is excited for the completion of the cabin that she and her husband are building themselves in the beautiful state of Montana.

Jenny really enjoys helping people and those who suffer from hearing loss. Her Dad and other family members who suffer from hearing loss have inspired her to work at Jorgensen Hearing Center.
