DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE. Jorgensen Hearing Center provides a range of marketing and advertising services including digital campaign management and analytics. Any new features augmenting or enhancing the current Services are subject to these Terms. The Services are provided on an “AS-IS” basis, and Jorgensen Hearing Center assumes no responsibility for timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, or failure to store any communications or personalization settings. Access and use of the Services may involve third-party fees (such as Internet access fees).
YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS. In using our Services, you confirm you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are not barred under any applicable laws. You agree to: (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and (b) maintain and update this information. If you provide false or incomplete information, or Jorgensen Hearing Center suspects as much, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.
PAYMENT AND FEES. A. Payments are processed through approved methods, including credit cards and PayPal. You authorize Jorgensen Hearing Center to charge for subscription and overage fees. B. Any changes in third-party charges will be passed on to you at cost.

INDEMNITY. You agree to indemnify Jorgensen Hearing Center against claims related to your use of the Services.

Choice of Law: Governed by the laws of The United States of America.
Waiver and Severability: The failure to enforce any right doesn’t waive it. Invalid provisions don’t affect the rest of the Terms.
Non-Transferability: Accounts are non-transferable without consent.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Jorgensen Hearing Center.
